Requirements
*Experience at sea as Second Officer or Second Engineer (or higher positions); *Previous experience in a Crew Officer or similar position (1 year minimum) is considered a plus; *Experience in searching qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and interviewing applicants on work history, training, education and job skills; *Excellent command in spoken and written English; *Good interpersonal and communication skills; *Organisational and teamwork abilities, as well as an eye for details; *Computer skills (MS Office, database management, email).
