Job Description & Offer
For our Navcom department in Hamburg we are looking for a motivated IT Administrator.
Tasks:
Providing full range of remote 1st and 2nd level support to our vessels worldwide;
Coordinating cost efficient IT equipment repairs, replacements and spare part supplies;
Monitoring and maintaining existing IT infrastructure and systems;
Testing of communication equipment;
Initial troubleshooting, incident analysis and problem solving;
Share information, exchange knowledge and create common solutions.
Requirements
Successfully completed apprenticeship within IT or equivalent educational background; At least 3 years solid relevant experience as a system administrator or in similar position; Proven IT skills including Microsoft Server Administration; Very good written and spoken English language skills; Working in a multinational team. European nationality.
